Chris and I have been having smoothies for breakfast every day. They are so yummy and very satisfying, keeps me full for the whole morning! (Which is especially nice when I don't eat lunch till 1 or 2!)
We had a blender when we moved to Vermont, but it broke. Finally, last November, I just bought a new one, and we have used it almost daily ever since! Best $40 I ever spent.
I put in bananas, frozen fruit, ground flax seed, calcium/vitamin D supplement, yogurt, bran flakes, and juice. Yum!
They're different every day, and so photogenic. (these shots are all from our old apartment, haven't taken any in the new place yet!)
