A couple of weeks ago, we got to do one of our favorite activities - Summer Streets!
They close Park Avenue to traffic for almost 7 miles, and allow bicycles, pedestrians, and other forms of non-motorized transportation.
It is so much fun.
There is something really exciting, for some reason, about being out on the streets of NYC without any traffic in your way.
There was a coffee station that served free coffee.
It helped keep us going - we didn't do the whole route but we were out for about an hour and a half.
I tried to get some motion shots of Chris, but it was tricky while on my own bike and trying to watch where I was going!
Can't wait till Summer Street '10!
